BCAR is run by faculty volunteers and DGIM staff. The BCAR Steering Committee determines strategic plans and sets programming goals for each year. Subcommittees are tasked with expanding outreach and increasing engagement across disciplines at the University. BCAR Subcommittees include Communications/ Networking, and Seminars.
