Mentor Matching provides one-on-one guidance (via email, phone, or in-person) to discuss your goals and work. Sessions last up to six months and are guided by mutually agreed upon meeting times and goals for both parties. This is not a consultation program to offer medical advice for patients. Rather, this program is designed for faculty and staff to offer career coaching and professional development guidance to junior faculty, trainees, students, and other interested parties.
This is a BCAR pilot program. If you are interested in helping us test this program, please contact us at bcar@pitt.edu.
